CHOP code for rTMS in Psychiatry
In the Systematic Index - Version 2020 of the Swiss Operation Classification (CHOP) the category "Somatotherapy in Psychiatry" has been renamed to new "Interventional Psychiatry" [94.2]. Using the code 94.2A, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can now be coded if rTMS is provided to inpatients, starting 2020.
